Cancellation terms and penalties:

• Cancellation after confirmation of the event – fine of 30% of the total agreed
  amount.
• Cancellation up to 29 working days before the event – fine of 100% of the total
  agreed amount.

Event reservation and warranty:

• To confirm the event, a partial, non-refundable amount must be awarded;
  Payment must be made in 30% upon confirmation of the event and in 70% up to
  30 working days before it takes place, making up the total.
• The final invoice will only be issued after full payment and after the event.
